Aim of this workshop

To show attendees of what constitutes best practice project management and how effective project management & excellent customer service are inextricably linked.

Style

This is a 1-day workshop based partly around an interactive board game and partly around review of best practice.  It will allow attendees to develop personal strategies for improving project management approaches.  It will run with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 people.
