The WINNERS BIO Feedback Game™ is a vehicle to help team members understand more about themselves and each other.   Using the BIO feedback model, players have the opportunity to let each other know how they are perceived and strategies can then be developed to modify behaviours and therefore change how others perceive you.  The BIO feedback model is based on communicating perceptions to people in a structured way that allows the feedback to be understood, to be treated in a more impersonal way and to be acted upon.  It consists of 160 BIO Feedback cards and instructions for 4 card based games.


The WINNERS Team Behaviour Game™ 

The WINNERS Team Behaviour Game™ consists of 32 cards ideal for encouraging players to explore how their team works. The cards represent the behavioural characteristics of effective teams divided into the four areas of relationships, communication, support and performance.  Each card has an eye-catching headline, an illustration, description of a behaviour and question for your participants to answer about their own team.   Each pack comes with instructions for 3 card based games.


The WINNERS Positive Thinking Game™

What would you do if? Changescape’s WINNERS Positive Thinking Game™ is a dynamic card game that offers players a range of discussion topics to get groups thinking about and discussing different ways to handle a difficult situation. Each deck has 32 cards, including 6 facilitator’s wild cards.  Each pack comes with instructions for 3 card based games.


Changescape can help you to design and facilitate highly effective meetings and away-days at a cost of £1,250 plus expenses and for that investment, you get the meeting or away-day designed to your specific needs & a trained facilitator to run the event.  VAT is added at rates prevailing on the day of delivery.


Alternatively, should you wish to license any of our card games to facilitate yourself, an End User License Agreement can be arranged.   With the End User Licence Agreement option, you get a full set of the game components and instructions on how to use it.  This licence rate is inclusive of all expenses but VAT is added at rates prevailing on the day of delivery
